Ambulatory monitoring BP/ECG (with Combo BP and 3-Channel ECG recorder - E2bp).

Due to the combining features of BP and ECG monitoring in one recorder, synchronization of BP measurement results and ECG changes (depression/elevation of ST-segment, arrhythmia) is available. BP measurement is performed by two methods: oscillometry and auscultation. During data processing all standard statistical indices of ambulatory BP monitoring are defined (variability, indices of hyper- and hypotensia, pressure load and etc.) per day, per day and night time limits. Besides that, it's also possible to define "special interval” of time. In all time intervals there is particular programmable frequency of BP measuring and performs the proper processing of received data.

Ambulatory monitoring of ECG in 12 leads

Till recently full ECG analysis of received data was impossible in Holter monitoring in view of low self-descriptiveness of 2 or 3 leads. Even usage of popular orthogonal leads is not an answer. Increasing possibilities of medical electronics allowed creating ambulatory ECG monitoring on 12 standard leads.

Clinic advantage of ambulatory (holter) monitoring on 12 leads is obvious! There are some of them:

• Full analysis of ischemic ECG measurements

• Full analysis of arrhythmia including morphology of ventricular tachycardias, transitory disturbances of ventricular conduction and etc.

• Direct comparison of fragments of a daily ECG record with rest ECG and ECG of stress testing with results of stress testing
